Very nice stay

1. Very close to Hongik University subway station and bus stop, walk only 5-6 minutes. 2. Heat floor in the room, very good in winter. 3. Mr.Hong is very nice and give clear instructions.

Beware if you have large luggages because there is no elevator.

My second time to stay. This time I stayed single room, bit small but cozy. Very near to Hongdae station. Reasonable.

Wi-Fi was bit poor and pillows were bit smelly ... No elevator.

Great location, close to everything, separate door for female only dorm makes it feel safe and private.

Super bed rooms are way better than Mini bed rooms. Toilets for Mini bed rooms are too easy to get clogged even just for hand washing.

Great location and facilities, cosy guesthouse.

Good, simple breakfast available in mornings and for purchase outside of breakfast times for good value. Room was a good size, with space to sit as well as sleep. Clean, good aircon. Excellent location too, really close to central Hongdae.

Slightly disrepair in the bathroom facilities, with toilet falling apart etc. And limited showers/toilets for the number of beds. Had a couple of issues with the key pads as well to access the private corridors with the rooms, sometimes the alarm would go off if the door wasn't shut properly or the wrong key was put in, and there wasn't always staff on site.

Great guesthouse very close to hongdae station exit 3!

The guesthouse is located very conveniently, with a quick walk to hongdae Station's exit 3! Convenience stores are also very close by! What we love about this guesthouse is the convenient kitchen on the 3rd floor and 1st floor! Free small breakfast is from 8 am to 11 am with cereal, toast, eggs, etc. You can always refill your water bottle or use the microwave inside the kitchen! During your stay, the room won't get cleaned, so you have to clean it on your own, but you can always get free fresh towels, hand soap, toothpaste, and toilet paper in the hallway. The front door is locked after 8 pm which is safe for all the guest and you can only open it with a code they provide you during check-in! The lounge is free to use but we havent use it during our stay. We always see alot of people hanging out there so its easy to make new friends as its next to the female only dormitory.

Unfortunately our neighbors were very loud at night during our stay so the walls are quite thin. Our room is one of the smallest even though we stayed for 15 nights. It didn't help that the sink in the bathroom is broken and leaking water all the time when we use it. Also, please check if your window screen has a hole inside, in our case we had one. Do not leave the window open, or you will get many bugs/mosquitoes inside the room. The most tiring point is that there is no elevator. We had very heavy luggage, and you literally have to lift it to the 3rd floor.

Wonderful

The place is clean and location is very good. Its close to the train station and very close to restaus, coffee shops and everything. Free breakfast is very helpful also with our budget. Aside from the sink thats kinda clog, the water run down slowly but over all stay is very good!

Perfect for the price, would stay here again

The location is ideal, close to the subway in a little bit more quieter part of Hongdae, close to Yeonnam. The check in was alright, I arrived late in the evening and did the self check-in, paying the next day was no issue. The staff was very nice and friendly! I did not try the breakfast due to my plans but the kitchen was fine and I think there was one on each floor. towels and soap and everything were provided. Would definitely stay here again.

the walls are a little thin, but it's almost expected in Seoul. Unless you have super loud neighbors, it's absolutely fine!
